Candor lies upon the sacred mantle of love
free from prejudice and always impartial
As diverse as all the unique, infinite expressions of life
asking to be released through truth
Candor can open the creative power of compassion
and extinguish doubt and uncertainty
It is the steppingstone for healing and revealing
It creates moments when true connections are made
Candor is not to be hidden beneath a bushel
or dragged along like chains of burden
unspoken, lonely and being left to decompose
It saves feeling safe for safe’s sake
When the heart speaks none can be harmed
There is no danger for danger is only one probability
Now is the time for tomorrow’s bravery
by never forgetting that
Self-Candor is a sacred passage
into the infinite realm of Divinity
Drawn from the soul’s ultimate desire to express
candor cannot be hidden away
For it will eventually erupt into expression from somewhere
